FRESH SPRING ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 500 grams chicken, minced
  • 250 grams mushroom, diced
  • 2 tsp pepper- 300 grams cabbage, sliced
  • 100 grams coriander, sliced
  • 500 grams rice paper, soften
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • ½ tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of any Pantainorasingh Dipping Sauce of your choice
aUTHENTIC RECIPE
  1. Heat the oil in the frying pan. Add garlic and pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the chicken, cabbage, and carrot and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until cooked.
  2. Season with oyster sauce, sugar, and fish sauce.
  3. Add mushroom and stir fry until cooked, then set a side in a plate.
  4. Use softened rice paper as a base. Having cooked chicken on top of rice paper then rolling it.
  5. arnish with coriander and serve with ANY Pantainorasingh Dipping Sauce.
