FRIED RICE WITH CHILI (NAROG)

INGREDIENTS
  • 800 grams of steamed rice
  • 10 grams of coriander
  • 10 grams of spring onion
  • 50 grams of carrot
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 50 grams or 5 tablespoons of Chili Paste (Narog)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar- 3 teaspoons of fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce
  • Fried Gouramy Fish
aUTHENTIC RECIPE
  1. In frying pan, heat the vegetable oil. Add minced garlic, carrot and fry until cooked. Add Chili Paste (Narog), sugar, fish sauce and oyster sauce. Fry until fragrant.
  2. Put eggs and fry until almost done. Add steamed rice and mix well
  3. Serve in a plate garnished with coriander, spring onion and fried Gouramy Fish.
