aUTHENTIC RECIPE
In frying pan, heat the vegetable oil. Add minced garlic, carrot and fry until cooked. Add Chili Paste (Narog), sugar, fish sauce and oyster sauce. Fry until fragrant.
Put eggs and fry until almost done. Add steamed rice and mix well
Serve in a plate garnished with coriander, spring onion and fried Gouramy Fish.
