SAVORY CHEESE BALLS DIPPED IN PLUM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
  • 50 grams plain flour
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • ¼ tbsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs white, beaten
  • 50 grams fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 bottle Plum Sauce
aUTHENTIC RECIPE
  1. Mix flour with cheese in a bowl.
  2. Place the breadcrumbs in one bowl and pour the egg onto a plate. Dip the cheese coated in flour into the egg, then coat it in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the cheese balls in batches for 7-10 minutes until golden and cooked through. Place them on a serving plate and serve with Plum Sauce for dipping.
